  • Temperature Range:

    -65°F (-54°C) to +300°F (+149°C) for Continuous Operation

  • Tensile Strength: 1400 PSI
  • Elongation: 300%

    Plug Cap The Standard Aluminum Plug Cap

  • Made of dead soft aluminum #5052 (or optional #304 Stainless Steel)
  • Note: The material is generally determined by the type of insulation jacket material and if corrosive chemicals are used.


    • NDT Inspection Plug is available in sizes of: 1.5”, 2.5”, 3.0” and 5.0” (inches).

    NDT2 Inspection Plug includes a handle with stainless steel lanyard.
