No Spam Product Returns & Warranty

  • If you need to initiate a return please contact us Toll Free at 1 (888) 887-4549 or e-mail prior to returning products.
  • Eligible Time Period: All products sold on our sites mirror Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) stated & implied general warranty terms and conditions.
  • Great Northern Products will arrange for return of the defective merchandise by issuing a UPS Call Tag.
  • A credit will be issued when the defective items are received and reviewed by the OEM. You are not responsible for the cost of return of defective merchandise when a UPS Call Tag is used.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you do not use one of these methods, or if non-defective merchandise is agreed upon to be returned. Non-defective merchandise may be subject to re-stocking fees at our discretion.
  • If the product fails during the Manufacturer’s product warranty period, Great Northern Products reserves the right to refer you to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for replacement.
  • Returns sent COD will not be accepted.
